Every Fresh Glow order ships directly from Korea, so your skincare arrives fresh from the source. We currently deliver to 60+ countries, with tracked shipping on every order.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping — our most affordable option. In much of Europe it arrives in as little as 4–7 business days; in regions served by K-Packet (Korea Post's international parcel service) allow 14–21 business days.
• Express Shipping — available in most regions, typically arriving within 4–8 business days via commercial express carriers.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping in every country we serve once your order reaches the qualifying amount for your region. The current threshold for your country is shown in the banner at the top of the store and on each product page — add a little more to your cart and shipping is on us.

Dispatch & Order Tracking

Once your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, and you can follow your package door to door — also available anytime under Track My Order. Tracking events may take 1–2 business days to appear after dispatch, and international shipments often show a short quiet period while the parcel transfers from the Korean carrier to your local postal network. That's normal — the package is on its way.

A Few Things to Note

• Delivery windows are estimates in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays in Korea and in your country.
• Peak seasons (major sales, holidays) and customs inspections can add a few days.
• International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country — see International Shipping.
